Third Axis was founded by John Harrison in 2003. John has over ten years experience in identifying commercially innovative, technology orientated ventures.

In 2004, John negotiated the sale of InnovativeTeachers.com - an online education content and networking portal - to Microsoft.

The following year, John entered into a joint venture with the co-founders of ASOS.com, the UK’s fastest growing and most successful online fashion Plc, and founded YourSchoolUniform.com – an online retail platform manufacturing and shipping personalised school uniform products to both schools and parents.

Throughout his time as CEO, John grew the operation from nothing to a £multi-million revenue business, employing over 30 staff. This was acquired by OTTO, the world’s 2nd largest e-Retailer, in March 2009.

Since then, John and his team have undertaken a number of startup technology ventures that involve either custom content or custom product fulfilment. As the strap line says, Third Axis brings personalisation to e-tail.

In 2007, John won a UK Evening Standard/O2 sponsored 'Innovative Business Leader' award.
